Born in a city known for its eclectic and artistic vibrancy, the New Orleans Film Festival (NOFF) has sought out bold and passionate storytellers since 1989. It is the longest-running festival of its kind in the state of Louisiana and one of the largest film festivals in the South. NOFF has built its reputation around Discovery, Hospitality, Community + Connection.
Over 30,000 attendees, 500 film-makers and 250+ films are showcased throughout the week event. It is also one of the few film festivals in the country which features three Oscar qualifying categories. The festival has also been recognized my (by) MovieMaker magazine as of one of the Top 50 Film Festivals Worth the Entry Fee every year since 2012 (one of only two festivals to receive that recognition).
